For standard woven mesh we can ship from a single roll, and for custom filter elements the minimum depends on the part. Tell us your requirement and we will confirm the smallest practical order.
Yes. OEM and ODM are a core part of our business. Send a drawing, a sample or a photo with dimensions and we will manufacture to specification, typically within ±0.1 mm for filter elements.
We are happy to provide small sample swatches of standard mesh free of charge; you only cover the courier cost. Custom samples can also be produced for a modest tooling charge.
Standard mesh is usually ready in 5–10 working days, and custom filter elements in 10–20 working days depending on quantity and complexity.
Every order ships with a mill test certificate for the material, and we can arrange SGS testing or FDA documentation on request.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight and other terms by agreement. Prices are quoted FOB, CIF or CFR as you prefer.
Rolls are wrapped in moisture-proof paper and woven bags or cartons, then palletised or crated. Filter elements are individually protected to avoid damage in transit.
